Blocked HP via Noindex as under Robots.txt

When setting up a project, if the home page has a noindex, the tool will respond that there is an issue with robots.txt (which, yes, the description under the "i" notes also includes noindex), but that can lead to confusion as an issue with noindex is NOT under the robots.txt and is a separate issue.
I would recommend that the tool, since it knows where the issue is - should actually list what the problem is rather than just generically say it is under "robots.txt"
