Incorporate Lighthouse data into the Page Speed Analysis

Pull the Lighthouse chrome audit metrics into the Page Speed Analysis reports.

Would be useful for metrics like Time to First Paint, Time to Interactive as well as recommendations (similar to WebPageTest) around what to Cache, whether images are hosted of CDN's, Brotli compression, WebP, HTTP/2, Service Workers and so on.
