Which sitemap was the problematic URL found?

When a site has a sitemap index with multiple sitemaps, some individual sitemaps can be fine while others are old and outdated. It would be helpful to slice the data by having a column to show which sitemap contained problematic URLs because right now, I have to compile this info myself.
