Quicker access to custom extraction rule tester

I often need to check CSS selectors / custom extraction rules, but usually this is just to sense check that something will work on a site, before going ahead and setting up a project.

It would be awesome if you could test some rules without having to set up a whole new project first - you put the URL you want to test and then play around with the selector. Perhaps it could live in the Tools menu for easy access
